WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

All in-store and online purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of order delivery – except for FINAL SALE items. Goods marked as FINAL SALE are ineligible for return or exchange. All returns and exchanges must be free from wear, stains, odor, or any other condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

We offer free domestic shipping for orders over $200 & charge a $12 flat rate fee for orders under $200. Orders less than $2,000 will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise requested. Orders over $2,000 will be shipped via UPS Ground and require signature unless otherwise requested.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER? 

Please email us any order change requests to support@stagprovisions.live or call us at (512) 939-3911 & we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. We are unable to make changes on any orders that have already been shipped.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY?

We do our best to ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Orders received on weekends, holidays, & after noon CST are generally shipped the next business day. Please note that we do not ship to multiple addresses on a single order and that our shipping timelines for fulfillment may be longer during sales, promotions, & during the holidays.
